We at Zenspotting see ourselves as companions, as people who believe in a common vision. It started with the idea to bring mindfulness into the world and make it more accessible for everyone. We provide companies as well as individuals with the opportunity to take a break from everyday life in whatever way they need it. A quiet meditation, a slow yoga routine or a sweaty fitness session. Mindfulness helps to draw your focus back on yourself again, and thus minimizes stress and exhaustion. Along the way, the team has grown step by step. Different coincidences and fates have brought us together. We work independently of location, spread across the globe, but still grow together day by day. We choose a person because of their personality and passion, and not based on a CV.

SUSTAINABILITY. Mindfulness and sustainability are inseparable. That's why we work with Team Climate to offset the entire CO₂ emissions of our streaming activities and thus make our sessions climate-neutral. Furthermore, we are a member of 1% for the Planet and additionally support sustainable projects with a part of our proceeds. FOCUS. At Zenspotting, we focus on the person and their individual needs. We welcome technological progress and digitalisation and want to use the gain in knowledge to support and promote the exchange and interaction between people, not to replace it. PURPOSE. We want to to change the way societies live for the better and to encourage, affirm and support as many people as possible to also initiate change. In all our activities, we focus on what is essential, what is purposeful in relation to our own purpose in the spirit of Zen.
