Here at Babysits, we work every day to empower communities around childcare and help children grow up safe and strong. 

A future without sustainability is an uncertain future for the children and families we strive to support. So, we dedicate content to support teaching children and families about sustainability and climate change, for example, offering DIYs and activities reusing and recycling waste materials and resources for explaining climate change to children.

We also seek out like-minded organisations to collaborate with, to create better resources and share our message on a larger scale.

Part of our commitment involves creating climate awareness among our community members. We do this via social media, sharing our educational content and other resources across several channels, as well as using collaborations and more to reach more communities.

Babysits also participates in Fridays for Future. We set aside time to bring awareness of Fridays for Future to our community and audience on social media, and actively participated in the climate march. 

Removing CO₂ from the atmosphere is critical to counteract climate change, but it’s behind. A fraction of every purchase from Babysits helps new carbon removal technologies scale. We do this transparantly through our payment provider: Stripe Climate.
